The hotel were renovating during our stay however there were major issues. Improvement could be made to provide ample car parking for guests. Overall the two bedroom overlooking the lake has beautiful views. It’s full equipped and we enjoyed great cooked meals.

Great hotel with amazing view! We stayed in the two bed room penthouse, it’s got a huge balcony with breathtaking views.

Definitely value for money. Better than the hotel next door which is more expensive. But Oaks is closer to the lake.

We stayed for three nights but the shower heater wasn’t working in our last night, we called the receptionist and the receptionist on duty said that he will be assisting us to find a new room and asked us to wait for his call, we waited for a long time and he did not even call back, we called back but there was no answer and couldn’t find the receptionist at the counter, we are very disappointed by the irresponsible act by the receptionist on duty as it caused us to shower with cold water in winter.

Location is semi good, shuttle / Uber necessary
Clean room, however seems hastily assembled to fill with guests (tap handle fell of, bathroom door randomly opened)

The staff members are very warm and friendly. The are very helpful. The hotel is currently under renovation and so the location is not very convenient to get in and out. The room is using air refresher of which the artificial scent made me hard to breathe.
