I received an upgrade to a loft room, which is amazing! The staff are courteous and helpful. The property is in a great location and close to shopping within walking distance.

We had such a great time here! The staff was amazing, so friendly!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and would definitely come back. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Upon check-in they were able to give us a room upgrade, which was an awesome bonus to our trip. Our room included a mini-fridge and microwave which we’ll definitely take note of for next time when we travel with the kids.
The location is perfect and very walkable being right on Robson. We ended up taking full advantage of the free parking offered with our reservation and just walked everywhere instead. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be coming back!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and check in and parking was so easy! The hotel is also so close to Rogers Arena, which was perfect for us.
