Location was ok. Hotel and lobby was ok. Service was poor, non responsive and rude. Room was small, furniture was very old. Mattress was not good and linens were not clean. Definitely will not come again.

The hotel stay was bad the rooms were unclean and not equipped with hand towels and also the floor was dirty the breakfast was pathetic

Rooms are quite spaces and having all facilities. Hotel is located very near to railway station and bus station. Excellent stay with good management. Need to improve in some area like room phone was not working and breakfast items can increase

Food is average in the restaurant. I had to check out one hour before breakfast is served and inspite of requests hotel was not able to give even bread and butter for my onward travel

Rooms are not managed properly before checking in. Tried asking for hand-washing in my room, but yet they couldn’t artange one.
