宿泊等は問題はなかったのですが、大人２名と子供の年齢まで明記して予約したのに、現地で子供の料金を追加徴収されました。折角ネットで予約したのに残念でした。

2回目のスーパーホテルさんです。前は静岡で利用しましたが、中は一緒ですね。カードキーを持ち歩かないで良いのはメリットですが、暗証番号入力は慣れていない人はびっくりするだろうなと思います。大浴場がびっくりするくらい混んでいて、洗い場3人埋まっていて、湯船で4人待っていて、さらに脱衣所でも順番待ち、ロッカーも待ちの人で大変な混雑だったので、落ち着いて入れなかったです。そこだけなんとか改善してほしいところです。他は価格からして満足できるレベル、品質だと思います。

温泉付ですが、浴場が狭い。時間帯で男女分けているので入りたいときに入れない時も。土曜日夜にアルコール含めドリンク飲み放題あり利用しました。朝食は早めに行かないと食べたいものが既に終了していることがあります。

部屋は清掃され清潔感がありました。
余計な高級感は必要なく、だからといって古さも無く、機能的な部屋の質に満足です。
ベッドやインテリアもナチュラルで好みでした。
天然温泉は時間で男女交換で入るシステムだったので、時間も合わす断念。日替わりかもしれないが、深夜帯から早朝は男性だけが入れる時間だったので、残念でした。
朝食は種類は和洋中の種類少なめ。
受付スタッフの方、朝の食事担当の方々の対応はとても親切でした。

駅からは少し離れているが雨さえ降らなければ苦ではない。大浴場が有難いが、男女交代での利用のために思う時間に入れないのが残念。ドリンクのサービスは良かった。

Super hotel is not the closest to the station or the city center but it is well worth the additional walk. Upon arrival, you don't get a key or a card, just a code. You also get to choose between various pillows, from the hard type filled with rice to the soft type, all in various heights. The rooms are functional, with a very small bathroom BUT there is also a very pleasant communal bath near the bar/ breakfast area. There is only one, so you need to identify which time slots are good for you : men and women don't use the facility at the same time. Last but not least, in case you need a taxi, two dedicated phones will quickly get you a driver from the companies that partner with the hotel. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended!

朝食の際はフロントの前を通る時に笑顔で挨拶をして下さったり、出発時にも挨拶をして下さったり、気持ちよく宿泊ができました。
