The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

1. Let's talk about parking at the entrance first. During the tourist season, there were two cars in a group, one SUV and one sedan. I like the parking arrangement of the security guard at the door. Finally, I was assured that the other car could park. 2. Front desk service. Because there was no place to park the second car, we were asked to go around nearby, so we went to Hetian Second Street. During this time, several children wanted to know the opening hours of the swimming pool, so they contacted Ctrip by phone. The front desk clearly divided it. It was not her business scope to contact another phone. I was too old to remember the phone number. I called twice to confirm. 3. We stayed in two rooms, one of which was next to a big window. It was a bit cold. We wanted to change rooms, but the bar lied and said there were no rooms. I continued to place an order and could book a room again. Finally, the manager knew about it and came to solve it. The manager's level is different. He was very warm and provided a hot fan and changed rooms. He also gave me a breakfast coupon. Their breakfast was good, but we didn't use it. It was not for the purpose of taking advantage. It got cold early this year. As a local, I can understand it, but I hope they would be more enthusiastic towards foreign tourists and maintain Xinjiang's business card. I also thank the handsome guy in the yellow vest for taking things back and forth. I will stay there again next time. The guest building is better.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

The hotel is very close to the highway exit and has a large parking lot, which is especially friendly to self-driving car friends. The front desk reception was warm and thoughtful, and the room was upgraded. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bath water was super good. There is a popular restaurant downstairs, the taste is good, the price is not expensive, and it is convenient to find food. The hotel breakfast is 15 per person, with many varieties and the taste is great!
