I've been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it. The whole staff there is amazing, Ray and Danny are just wonderful and always willing to help. The rooms are clean the hotel is clean and smells clean and fresh. Would absolutely tell family and friends to stay here

FOUND A ROACH IN OUR ROOM not enough handicapped accessible rooms alot of noise doors slamming all night screaming kids fire alarms going off for no reason traffic from the freeway if you want peace and quite and want to sleep at night DONT stay there not a place for people who are sensitive to loud noises bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones and bring bug spray I would stay away from that place I will never stay there again I am homeless and would rather sleep in my car than deal with bugs and noise

I was disappointed. I arrived a 10pm and was first told that I had cancelled my reservation. (I had not) Then that they couldn't find my reservation and then they had been overbooked. Eventually I was given a room and billed correctly. I made it to the room and found a greasy/dirt table, bugs in the sink and bathtub and a threadbare blanket/comforter on each of the beds. I made the best of it by using a washcloth to clean the chairs and table, ran hot water in the sink and tub and went to bed wearing and sweatpants and sweatshirt.

Super clean and well maintained. Matter of fact, at this price point, I've never seen one cleaner and/or better run. An exceptional value. Staff was nice, room was as advertised, WIFI was rock solid.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the time that I checked in until I checked out was FANTASTIC. I will definitely stay again when I come to Ohio to visit. Room clean from top to bottom.
