Check-in exactly after3pm. We arrived earlier, so we asked earlier Check in possible? They answered "yes," but in the end, they only provided us a QR code just before 3 pm. That's ok. If so ,don't say "yes.""😅 For the first time, it was quite a complicated check-in system, but once you knew it, that's ok. You need to communicate through "what's up." Both room and view are amazing. Very comfortable, just they don't provide any tissue paper. Onsen temperature is perfectly hot.👍🏻 Construction is under going on around the site and no tenant shops yet nor stores nearby. If a grocery store or cafe opens, it is much more convenient for those who are staying without a private car. Hope they will keep the present standard of quality and clinliness, then for sure we will come back and stay longer. Thank you 😊

Very clean room and comfortable stay. Host is responsive to whatsapp. Complimentary carpark with security guards. The only downside is that it is not near any convenience stores. Hence, get your necessary supplies before u check in.

1st time check in here… this suite so clean , and near to tambun sunway lost world resort .. this suite have 2 bedroom so big 👍👍..My kids Happy to stay in here..

We got here to check out the Onsen pool, and there’s one decent Onsen pool at the property. There’s also a normal salt-water kiddy pool (cold water) and a sports sized adult pool. There’s also a dry sauna that my husband tried, which was satisfactory. The view from the pool was pretty, although not a lot. Th Lost World of Tambun is just next door, so you’ll hear the loud disco music at all operation hours. The room we stayed was large, and the amenities like kitchen and laundry was complete, too. The bathroom was clean, and the beds are comfy. It was unfortunate that in the morning of our last day here, the lifts were not functioning for a few hours, so I hope the management get that resolved soon. All in all, such a lovely place to stay, but we won’t be coming back just for the Onsen, as the facilities are just okay. The room is quite pricey for Ipoh area, but it’s suitable for families visiting Lost World.

Very nice if you want to go to the hot springs at lost world. Self collection process not too complicated.

The pool is great, and it's a heated pool. The balcony has a beautiful view, but the air conditioning in the living room needs to be stronger

Thank god my trip com agent really help me with the issue and it's take almost 2hour to solve it and check in. There's one more agency which is you need to WhatsApp and pay deposit rm200 to get the access card in the mail box. After booking in any online app pls call the customer service and get the agency num first. Before 3pm maybe around 2pm pls call the agency n make a deposit rm200 to get the QR. To void late check in like me 😔 the deposit the staff told me will banking back in 24hours.. I'm super glad with my trip com agent. She really help me a lot and call me around 6pm to ensure that I already check in! 👏 Bravo
