The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

Beautiful restaurant, superb location and ambience, excellent service and staff Compliments to the chefs for a wonderful and memorable meal, the best we had on our Indian holiday. Our waiter Lalu Ram was most kind and attentive. The food was delicious and so much to enjoy!

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your demands met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jagmandir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Wonderful experience in palki khana restaurant (shiv niwas palace) we had great lunch good food we tried Pao bhaji, Biryani and some mocktails are very freshing, staff are very friendly Mr. Sandipan, vipin and Chandragupt take care us, it was great experience and good restaurant, highly recommend

Wonderful experience in palkikhana restaurant (shivniwas) excellent location and ambience to enjoy our food. You will get best care and attention from chandragupta at palkikhana restaurant. He is very courteous and decent in his behaviour and will ensure you get customised service. And there washroom was also very clean and hygiene Suresh will especially take care of the restaurant washroom.. highly recommend....

Palki Khana have a quick and efficient service. great place to have lunch or simply relax after visiting the palace. Sandipan our waiter is very friendly and efficient.nice pizzas; suitable choice of other foods. great view of the palace front.

We had breakfast at Paantya. Service and food both were great. Place is tastefully decorated and peaceful. Excellent service by Mr Lalu Ram. Breathtaking view of the property from the high windows. Would definitely be staying over the next time in Udaipur. Highly recommended!
