Hotels staff were friendly the hotel was clean. It was a very nice ambiance. I love the rooftop pool. My only problem was that it’s nothing open late to eat or drink. They should have vending machines or some type of service if you get thirsty after 10 PM.

Everything was good but No coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room makes it inconvenient to get a basic cup of tea as you have to walk across to the coffee shop.

Absolutely love everything at the Kimpton Aluna. Such a beautiful and relaxing stay. Love the free bicycles to explore the area. Very walkable location. Nicest staff ever!!!!! Josue really made our day every morning at breakfast!!!!!

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff.
There was no hot water for showers and there was a random fee of about 75 US dollars when we checked out that came out of no where that did not even seem to coincide with the dollar to peso exchange rate. My husband speaks Spanish really well and the staff couldn’t seem to explain what it was.

Lovely property, lovely staff, quiet but central location with easy access to beach or town. A car is useful in Tulum but taxi’s are plentiful.
Stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors.
