I never ever see hotel like this ,such a really poor one , I booked 2 night but can't stay even 1 minute ,horrible and too smell , my mistake and next never ever book this one in my whole life even stay on road much better ..horrible

Receptionist of the hotel received a 50 yuan cash deposit from me，but refused to return to me in the nest morning and declare I didn't pay the any deposit

The tv did not work. No hot water at the sink. No chairs. Fixtures rusted. No carafe on the coffee pot. Blanket had burn holes and was worn. The room was not as pictured on the web site. Can hear people talking in adjoining rooms. can hear doors closing from other rooms. fixtures without bulbs.

Hotel rooms look nothing like what's on the website attendant tried to put me in an already occupied roof when I first checked in. Neighboring rooms we're making noise at all hours of the night for the entire stay.

Smelled so strong of fragrance (smelled like men’s cologne) that it burned my throat. We kept fan blowing at all times to clean the air but once you stepped into the hallway it was there in full force

The largest Dispensary in Tulsa is attached to the building. People outside my room were smoking until aftet 2 in the AM. I was going to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. The place is 1 step up from a flop house.

HORRIBLE. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Stains and burn holes all over the bed, roaches everywhere and a deplorable smell! Steer clear of this hotel. Anddddd it’s non refundable for a reason!!! GROSS!!!!

The whole hotel smells like **** and incense. Our room was located around the corner to the bar thats connected to the hotel. Next to the bar is a dispensary. The music is so loud we can feel every beat of every song. Our room was very dirty and in poor shape. The filthy AC unit had the wires taped together with black tape. Plugins were all broken. Definitely not taking our shoes off while we stay here. Will not be coming back.

The staff was helpful & respectful. The room was clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable. The "continental breakfast" left alot to be desired though.

Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, and the river spirit ****** is really close. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room although.

We didn’t have a microwave and when I went to the front to ask if they had one to use they said no. I asked if I could be moved rooms and I’d pay the difference and was told no.

I didn’t like my whole experience because it stunk the whole time we were there and they were trying to cover it up with ax body spray. Didn’t see any live bed bugs but they do not get new mattress and bed bug residue all in the crevices of the bed just not cleaned also bed was very uncomfortable just wanted a nice night and just got smelly dirty one I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just plain disgusting. And they only have cereal for breakfast which is bs and my $50 hasn’t been sent back after they told me it would
