The only good thing about this hotel is its swimming pool and private beach. The staff is not accommodating. The hotel is old, and it doesn’t have a good restaurant. And because of that, you will need to order food from outside; in our experience, it’s been worse because they even don’t like Grab delivery guys to get in the hotel to deliver our food. They stopped him at the gate and even asked him to take off his Grab uniform. How rude! The management really needs to have professional development training in giving good service. The location is far from everything. There are much better hotels than this. How sad. We like Crown Plaza, but this Crown Plaza in Danang is the worst ever.

Our room had a garden view, but we were given a room at the back, so we could see a little bit of the ocean.
There were beach sandals instead of slippers.
The marble floors were cold, so these were very useful indoors.
Staff members called out to us at the pool and private beach and took photos for us.
The breakfast buffet was average for the size and price.
There was a variety, but nothing that stood out as being particularly delicious.
