It is located in Sapa Town, but it is inconvenient to carry heavy luggage as you have to climb up a narrow alley of stairs. The reception desk is always empty and the room is not cleaned.

The best place we stayed in Vietnam during our 2 month trip. The room (with electric panels) was super clean and cosy. The breakfast portion is more than I can handlr. And the owner is extremely gentle and kind. Helped us with everything we needed and even allowed us to use the shower between the hike and the bus after we checked out. And the location is prefect.

Lovely hotel paid for a superior room with balcony, well worth it our view was beautiful & the room was very clean with extras like a mini bar, reception was very frienddy too!The service is the best so this is the accommodation I want to visit next time I travel.

Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs. There was also no hot water the whole time. However the location is perfect, the bed was comfy, the service was fine, and there is an excellent restaurant attached (seriously, the restaurant is amazing). So the hotel is okay, but nothing great.
