Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et très professionnel. Hôtel très confortable et proche du centre et des restaurants. belle vue et chambre ensoleillée. Il a été possible d'avoir un early check-in et un late check out pour coller aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ des bus / train. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Lovely hospitality, good breakfast! Best swan towels ever. I had a very nice stay at elegance hotel during my sapa visit, staff was professional and they helped me out as soon as they heard the toilet got blocked. They made me happy changing my room straight away. Thanks you guys! Only suggestion I would say is to write explicitly close to the toilet to not flush toilet paper in any toilets to avoid these problems

Cet hôtel est bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était spacieuse. Un joli pliable nous attendait. Le petit déjeuner était convenable. Quelques bémols à noter: Il pleuvait beaucoup mais il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. La douche n’était pas étanche. De l’eau se répandait dans la salle de bain.

Highly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.

This place is very close to downtown Sapa, but is in a quiet location, so I would highly recommend it to people who are not familiar with the geography of Sapa. Although it is a small hotel run by a local person, you can feel the hotel's careful consideration in creating a neat and cozy feel. It was good value for money, the breakfast place was especially good, the food was plentiful (I couldn't capture everything in the photo), and the location of the accommodation was very, very good. However, don’t expect good room conditions! You can really think of it as an old motel. The staff is very friendly!

Lovely hotel, our room was quite large. Great staff, very well located in Sapa. We had a small view of the mountains from our window. Staff were only too willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and you have a choice of what you want.

A charming hotel. Always a pleasant stay with this hotel. Room is clean and spacious and front desk is friendly and helpful. The couple swan towels in the are ever welcoming even though I am a solo traveler this round 😄

The hotel is a little old and tired , no breakfast included in the price. Overall ok but a little overpriced for what it offers.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast, and it's in a great location in Sapa.

I arrived at dawn and the door was closed, but there was a phone number outside so I was able to get in. After getting the key, I got up in the morning and asked for breakfast time, and it was already past. When I returned to the accommodation, he immediately knocked on the door, allowed me to eat breakfast, and made additional menus. I asked for tourist attractions, and they were so kind that they planned all the schedules, including prices and routes on the map. All the people in Sapa seem to be kind. The hotel conditions are motel-level, but the service is no less than a 5-star. The weather was bad and there was a lot of fog, but the bed wasn't damp either.

Good location in city centre, but need to climb a mountain a little, hotel boss makes good delicious breakfast, Aircon is good, beds are OK. There is elevator.

The owner of the service is friendly, but if arriving at dawn, can't contact anyone.
