We stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. The location is close to many important and beautiful places. We loved it so much that we could walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they were very helpful. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room had a view of the city center, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this place. You'll love it.

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

The hotel staff was so kind, but the hotel is old , some parts especially the bathroom need some changes and repair, there is a room heater and for the water heater I think they forgot to open thats why we shower with the cold water on our first day but when we told them they immediately turn in on. For the locations the hotel is very near in the center thats why its really convient to us even we were back late. Overall our stay in good . Thank you Sapa for the memorable experiences.

Bathroom had a bit of smell. The staff tried to clear the smell but it returned. Hair dryer is wired side bathroom and unable to bring inside bedroom for other users. The staff's service were good. All tried to respond to our requests and replied us promptly.

Not bad location. Quiet. Do take note you need to walk up to the 2nd level for the lift, as there is no lift on the 1st floor. Water heater not too good. Abit cold for shower during dec.

This hotel is in a great location near Sapa station and feels super homey. The ambiance is cozy, the included breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. They even have a sweet dog named Ruby who made our stay extra special. Our room exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and with a great view. Highly recommended! I’d definitely stay here again.
