After reviewing the situation, we understand that Ann's intention was to remind your children about safety — specifically because she saw them engaging in risky behavior such as jumping into the pool. However, we fully acknowledge that her tone and manner came across as strict, annoying, and unwelcoming, rather than caring and professional.We believe that her limited English skills may have made it difficult for her to express her safety concerns in a softer, more委婉 (tactful) manner. Please be assured that this does not excuse her approach, and we have already addressed this with our Recreation team. We will provide additional training on customer service, communication skills, and child-friendly safety reminders to ensure that future guests receive warm and respectful service, even when safety issues need to be addressed.Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this to our attention.
