A typical ski resort, where you will be on your own. Near to a lot of good restaurants nearby. Madam room attendant during night and Varuj from F&B is very accommodating. They smile more out of all the staff. Arrived a little early before check in time. Had to wait another 30 mins after 2:00 pm for the last room. We appreciate if atleast 1 out of the 3 rooms have been given before 2:00pm. Moreover our stay is OK

This is one of the best hotels we stayed. It is located in city centre with all restaurants and shops nearby. It is not near the slopes if you are skiing but the hotel provides a shuttle 3 times during the day to take you to the slopes. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfort all round. There are no swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi in this hotel if you are a fan of swimming after skiing. Overall great experience and awesome hotel. Will definitely book again in this hotel.

Отель большой, и в самом центре с интересными ресторанами и кафе. Вид где завтрак очень красивый, но завтрак скромный и растворимый кофе, почему то армяне не ставят кофемашину для капуччино. Кровать удобная, но вот в нашем номере не закрывалась балконная дверь. В номере все было: тапочки, средства для душа и ванной набор. Но самое конечно главное это расположение.

Отдыхали с мужем в данном отеле в номере дуплекс. Номер чистый, уютный, но немного "уставший". На втором этаже есть только ночные шторы, которые не полностью закрывают окно. На кровати отсутствует покрывало, что было очень странным. На первом этаже было значительно прохладно, на втором этаже было невыносимо душно. Когда принимаешь душ, то вода растекается по всему полу и потом приходится ходить по огромной луже. В номере было все, за исключением халатов. Я обратилась к администратору, который нас встретил, при этом совсем не приветливо. Попросила принести халаты в наш номер. Девушка, даже не посмотрев на меня, резко ответила, что халаты сейчас принесут. Также я спросила, где проходят завтраки и куда можно обратиться по поводу проката экипировки и лыжного снаряжения, мне также последовал ответ в резкой форме. За чистотой в номере следят, каждый день обновляют туалетные принодлежности. Завтрак очень приличный, можно выбрать все на любой вкус.

Номер холодный, вода теплая, отель расположен на одной из главной улице, поэтому приготовьтесь в 2 часа ночи слушать проезжающие машины, громкую музыку, квадрациклы и т.п. Завтрак и ужин, который вроде включён, желает оставлять лучшего. Если Вы захотите зайти в заведения расположенные рядом с отелем и Вы заранее не забронировали столик, то при наличии свободных столов Вас никто не накормит , это не понять, ты говоришь я 20 минут просто хочу поесть и пойти, и на этот стол будет бронь только через 2 часа, Вас никто не накормит. Отпуск закончится намного раньше запланированного времени. так что если мечтали ходить в уличной обуви в номере, Вам сюда.
