"How do you pitch yourself for tourism if you don't speak English? How do you propose yourself for/for tourism if: 1) We arrive and without any "good morning", "hello" or anything like that the first question was "cash or card"? 2) The answer (even though we had booked it) to the question "is there a third bed?" was "no" (in reality there was - it was a closed sofa bed - but since we barely spoke English there was no way to understand it) 3) After half an hour of discussion the room with the third person materialized bed ... open 4) Dinner is a real pittance charged at crazy prices 5) The next morning they didn't let my wife out before the waitress checked whether the terrible Italians had destroyed the room or emptied the minibar Forget it, it's not yours profession or - at least - go around the world a bit to understand how it's done. Otherwise ask for a job at Gazprom which is nearby."

"Thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfasts with freshly baked waffles, honeycomb, and wild thyme tea were a delight. After a busy day outside the hotel, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and sauna. The ski lift is a bit of a walk away, and the road isn't ideal for a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We have liked the option of staying here for the second time with our friends. The resort houses are very comfortable and meet our expectations. The staff was super friendly and eager to help (10/10). The only thing we got disappointed was the pool, which was too cold to swim, and it is the second time we meet technical issues or the water just was changed thats's why it was like that. Really it doesn't interest any guest staying and paying for only 1 night and hoping to enjoy it to the fullest. Overall, besides pool, it was a fantastic stay in the nature."
