The room I booked in October, on *******, was described as including: Grab bar near toilet Raised toilet seat Wheelchair accessible Wheelchair-width doorways None of these were present, which was a problem as my wife is severely limited in her mobility and requires a walker. These issues, and others (dirt on the bedding, no internet) were described to the desk manager. I see that the description on ******* has not changed, and thus continues to be incorrect. I wrote to the hotel about these issues, using the online contact form, but got no response.
