the stay here is horably, the rooms firniture is totally damaged. alot of bugs in the room and some of the are dangorus.
the room they give is totally not matching with pictures on the online booking. the break fast is only mix of cheese.

The hotel is situated on a hill and is difficult to access. There is no nearby bus station or taxi stand. The rooms lack essential travel amenities, and the bathroom contains only the bare necessities for a traveler. My experience with this hotel was unpleasant, despite its acceptable cleanliness. I booked a room online for 5 nights, but upon arrival, I was surprised to be given a very small room with barely enough space for a bed. They promised to switch rooms as soon as possible, but unfortunately, this never happened because they claimed there were no vacant rooms.

Our airline rescheduled our flight without notice, restricting us from reaching our booking we had with this hotel. When we tried to cancel and refund the booking, the hotel denied our request. Don't waste your time and money with this hotel.

I spent almost a week in Trabzon at this Hotel. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. And the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. This was my first stop in Turkey as a solo female traveler and I appreciate how well cared for I felt.
