酒店較舊，但位置優越，窗外景美，房間大及乾淨，服務人員和藹，每天都送來熱水和冰水供客人飲用，很周到，早餐和晚餐種類齊全，味道好，推薦

7月の4連休2日目に泊まりました。 建物が古い、風呂や脱衣所が狭い、隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえ…などの口コミを見ていたので、全く期待しないでいったのですが、最高に寛げました！ まず立地が湖畔にあり、部屋から十和田湖も（駐車場越しだけど）見えるし、部屋は思ってた以上に広くて快適だし、人のいない静かな十和田湖畔を散策できたし、お風呂は確かに古いけど人がいなかったから独り占めできたし、食事も本当に美味しかった！１品１品、料理長がこだわって作ってるのがつだわって来た。 あと何より、従業員の方々のホスピタリティに癒されました！ ここの従業員はご高齢の方が多いのだけど、口だけでなく、心から私たちの旅行が楽しいものになりますように、と願ってくれてるのがわかった。 ここに泊まって本当によかった。 また是非訪れたいです。
