If you’re looking for a the perfect place to chill and relax then this is it. We had the pleasure of staying for three nights in the El Colibri suite. The staff are friendly, interested in their guests and can’t do enough for you. Food quality is excellent , wines to match, but the real highlight is this wonderful estancia surrounded by beautiful gardens and meadows and polo fields. We were sad to leave but we will be back at some point .

Estancia El Colibri was amazing, we stayed at La Maison, the house on the property. It was a wonderful retreat and we could have our meals there or at the hotel. The food was amazing. When people talk about eating local, they do this and in style. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. We got laundry done too, which was helpful on a longer trip. And finally the riding, I don't think I have ever seen horse-riding daughter so happy. She rode 3x a day. The Gaucho we amazing. We walked each day, it was a true Argentina experience.

We specifically came to El Colibri after staying at the owners' sister property, House of Jasmines in Salta. Our stay was wonderful and we hope to return soon. We were a family of 4 and we enjoyed all the activities - horseback ridings in the evenings, a wine tasting, a picnic lunch, and visiting with the farm animals. The massage I received was one of the best I've received before and it was so great that my husband I both got massages two days in a row. We appreciated the welcoming staff (Franco, Sebastian, Leo, and the sommelier whose name I've forgotten). We stayed in the Salta suite and had a king bed in one room while our boys slept well on a pull out couch. Thank you again for your hospitality!

I had the chance to stay in R&C hotels all over the world. Makes me extraordinary happy to find the same standards in my own country. Absolutely remarkable staff, delightful tranquility and peace. A perfect stay and totally recommendable. Congratulations to the entire group of employees. We will be coming back soon.

Clean, spacious and brightly presented rooms. The estancia, staff and food is amazing; a hidden gem. Lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners which vary in choice. The estancia grounds are beautiful offering a variety of trails and scenery for daily rides. They offer multiple rides a day which we took advantage of and the gaucho was amazing offering variety of riding. The staff can’t do enough for you and are so welcoming and very friendly. It is so relaxing and we felt really at home. You really get a feel for the teams passion and commitment to the farm. The farm visit is a must and interesting how sustainable they are from farm to plate. The chefs detail is second to none, even coming round the tables each evening - a credit to the place and rounding off the experience as a whole. The wine cellar tasting is also a must! The place made our trip to Argentina and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you all!

This beautiful estancia lived up to way above my expectations. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure an English speaking person was available for us. The horses were wonderful, my husband doesnt ride but loved the attention from the gauchos. They cater for all levels of riding and the experience was amazing. The food was superb, every meal was delightful. I don't want to recommend this place to much, don't want everyone to know about it. We hope to come back one day.

Very well maintained property. Service is good although we had some issues with the young staff. Some of them definitely need more training. Food was good but not excellent. Breakfast is “a la carte” and is very poor comparing to other luxury properties we often visit wordwide. The hotel had many families with young children and toddlers that compromised the overall experience for us. It’s certainly NOT a property suitable for children and they should consider an age-limit policy. That would attract a different kind of guests to fully enjoy what the hotel has to offer without being disturbed by running/yelling young ones throughout the common areas.

We travelled as four friends on a hectic driving holiday in Chile and Argentina. This was a 3 day oasis in our schedule in a totally wonderful , intimate estancia. Elegant and comfortable. We rode daily- although total novices . Their kindness and total understanding of the horses transformed us all into something like riders! The food was wonderful and the wine list fabulous. We were totally spoilt by excellent service and kindness. Totally recommend this place. Sad to leave.
