When I took my little one to visit Wuzhen again, I chose Jintang. The service was better than the previous time. Guanjia Xiaohua contacted us in advance and added WeChat, confirmed the arrival time, and helped reserve a parking space. When they arrived, Xiaohua and Yiyi were already waiting in the parking lot, helping to carry their luggage all the way to the room, and they had already upgraded the room. The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. If you bring children, the hotel provides breakfast for the children. It is free for seniors over 70 years old in Wuzhen. The scenic spot is managed in a unified manner, which is very reassuring. Affordable but not cheap. Room is big, get free upgraded by trip.com rewards. Owner is very helpful, she even help to book bus tickets from wuzhen to shanghai. Appreciated that a lot. Overall good experience in this hotel. Will definitely come back in the future.

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

On the day of check-in, he helped carry the 20-inch and 24-inch suitcases to the third floor. He also helped arrange a ride to Hangzhou. The restaurant on the first floor tastes very good. Our mother and son stayed here for four days and three nights and ate here all the time. We especially like the steamed white water fish, tofu soup, Yangchun noodles, and fried wild rice. Children also like the xiaolongbao here, which they eat with vinegar. The only drawback is that the room is too small. Our room is not 26㎡ as written on the Internet. In addition, the bathroom may be 16㎡, so it can only accommodate a bed, and the child can study on the bed. Be sure to check with the store when making a reservation. There are indeed 26㎡ rooms, but not all rooms. Overall it's very good. You can get free bottled mineral water at the front desk on the first floor every day. The whole family in the store is very welcoming and we ate here for several days, and the boss even saved a small change on the last day👍
