Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

His home is between folk customs and the hotel. There are three buildings. We are staying in Building 3. We have to go around the river and walk a little bit around the corner of the lobby. Walk about 10 minutes to Wuzhen Dongzha Scenic Area. The sound insulation facilities are a bit bad, the door is closed next door, coughing and even the sound of the toilet. The sanitation is still relatively clean, but some guest supplies are estimated to have not been changed for a long time....a bit..dirty. Afternoon tea is not enjoyed because there is no time.

This is the first time I feel that the service attitude of a homestay is so good. The boss is really enthusiastic and friendly to chat with. There are disposable towels in the room, which are very safe to use. You can park for free in front of the store, and it is also close to the scenic spot. There are many foods nearby. I really recommend it.

Hotel is located near to Dongzha (east gate) however it is not too far from Xizha (Westgate). The most scenic place in Xizha is approximately 2km away from this hotel. The hotel room is pretty clean and their receptionist are friendly. Upon check in, they gave us complimentary fruits and some amenities like toothbrush and slipper. Breakfast is a buffet style and pretty decent. We visited on November, the temperature is about 16 degree celcius outdoor, so hotel indoor including the room are releasing warm air. Called receptionist to check why our room is so hot, she told me that all the room is releasing warm air during winter. Overall is a pleasant stay!

Hygiene: The sanitation is good and the whole place is very clean Environment: The style of the hotel is antique, which is in line with the a**osphere of Wuzhen Service: The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The hot water in our room was a little low at first, but it was quickly resolved after a phone call Facilities: The most surprising thing about this store is that it has conditioner! Every time I stay outside, I have to bring my own conditioner, which is very troublesome. I was really surprised by this!

Got myself a single room. Hotel staff are so nice. I went for breakfast after the breakfast hours, they are close but they still allow me to take some snacks that’s available and served me coffee. They even sent it to room for me. The hotel is just 50m walkable to the bar street. And the morning view outside hotel are just so speechless

Located right inside the old town, the hotel is huge therefore they provide buggy service. Room was abit small & the balcony view was the lake inside the hotel not the one by the old town canal, so abit of a let down. But the breakfast by the canal was so much fun a must do.
