My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience.
However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable.
Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

房間一般正常 19樓風景不錯
公共區域裝修裝飾比較有趣，中式庭院風格，樓道里有屏風。能感覺到管理人員很重視細節，很用心。
早餐挺精緻的，不輸四星五星酒店了都，有新鮮水果、果汁、咖啡牛奶、茶點、炒時蔬、蒸的包子點心，還有面檔，奧灶麪搭配的薰魚也好吃。對了冰箱裏還有小飲品。
早餐給我的驚喜很多，吃貨被吃的給收買了哈哈，前台工作人員也很客氣，退房會有伴手禮。
酒店很多公共區域有零食水果，很滿意了啦。

這次出差時間比較短，但沒想到這家酒店竟然給了我很大驚喜～😝無論從房間設計，到設施配備都很有驚喜😌
環境：兩層的loft設計很温馨，燈光温暖，房間大落地窗視野也特別好～前台在18層，🥳我住在4層行政廳，因為住宿區和電梯有玻璃門隔開，所以環境衞生很好，也沒有外人打擾。😆4層中間還有商務休閑區，有咖啡☕️、飲品和水果可以自取～
設施：屋內上兩個洗手間，想不到屋內還有超棒的藍牙音箱～電吹風也是屬於很棒的那種～枕頭有軟硬兩種，這體驗感絕了🤩🤩
服務：服務從入住到離開都很貼心～有哇哈哈、旺仔牛奶，各種汽水每天供應，充足的水和咖啡、牛奶、麪包乾果一應俱全～太愛了！！前台小姐姐也很nice哦！温柔還很專業🥳🥳

對這家酒店最好的感受是：注意細節。能關注到這些細節的人，一定是既懂得酒店管理，自身又有住客思維。
房型：複式，上下兩個衞生間➕衞浴，三口之家休息時互不打擾。抽水馬桶都是電子坐便器，好幾個地方都配備了消毒濕巾。走廊地毯很厚實，保證安靜。房間有免費的水果，堅果，威化，芝麻糊，麥片和軟飲。
早餐：餐廳文化氣息濃郁，幾件民國時期的瓷器，書畫對聯，盆景，中國年氛圍馬上出來了。20樓可以俯瞰銅陵，靠窗位能一覽翠湖。餐飲也相當不錯，大肉包很受歡迎，白粥熬得很不錯，水果是哈密瓜和火龍果，良心店家哇，一般人家就是提供小番茄和西瓜了吧。
停車：停在大潤發地下車庫，酒店客人可以免費進出兩次。
周邊：緊鄰八佰伴廣場和金逸影城，吃飯，咖啡，購物，娛樂，都很方便。

體驗感非常好 性價比非常高， 一家五口三大兩小住的很舒心，房間裏物品準備的特別周到應有盡有，佈置的也很有特色。早餐很美味，種類很豐富吃的很滿足，這個酒店讓我對對銅陵印象特別好，下次有機會來銅陵還會選擇這個酒店！

下面兩張床，上面一張大床。4個人入住問題不大。樓上樓下都有洗手間。不過洗澡的話，在樓下的。
前台，和每層的公共休息室，都提供免費飲料和水還有小食。
房間沒有冰箱，不過前台可以寄存冷凍和冷藏食品。
樓下就有超市商店，總體來説交通和入住都非常便利。
早餐選擇性也很多。可以吃飽吃好。

元怡酒店是個入住感覺特別舒服的酒店，複式房間很有特色，特別適合親子入住，這次是臨近春節期間入住的，進入酒店感覺到濃濃的年味。酒店房間提供了酒精濕巾，還有一些小零食，入住辦理時前台熱情接待，這些小細節都體現了元怡的周到和温暖，所以每次回銅陵 元怡是我入住酒店的首選。
