We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the Tokyo tower so the view was beautiful at night. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes away from 2 metro stations so travelling around the city was convenient. The room size was big so we slept comfortably as a family of 3. The toilet was also big with a modern set-up which we liked - will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2023 and had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us because it is connect to the Shinagawa train station via a short covered skyway. Shinagawa can be easily reached via train from NRT or HND airports. I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I have been treated very well. All the staff I have encountered were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the surround area. There is a 7-11 store near the entry to the hotel thus very convenient if I want to buy drinking water or Japanese snacks. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and very delicious. I had such a nice stay and can not wait to go back again

Overnight with friends. At first, I was planning to go to a hot spring, but it gradually became closer, and in the end it was a plan to say that there was no hot spring and only the atmosphere ... but as a result, the answer was correct. The place is in the Grand Prince. The entrance is a little difficult to understand, and for some reason there is no front desk or entrance, and I wander around the lobby. Finally I found a staff member and was guided to the 4th floor. Check-in with matcha and sweets at the club lounge. Although the lounge is a little simple and small, there are only 14 guest rooms, so this may be enough for capacity. It is worth mentioning that you can access all the lounges of the three hotels in this Takanawa Prince area (actually four because it is a plus Hanakoji) (I was waiting w) This seems to be a privilege only for this Hanakaji, and the tension rises. I was supposed to come slowly to conquer all of them in 2 hours of cocktail time from 17:00, but I suddenly changed to an erratic and fluttering project! I went to the lounge of Hanakoji just at 17:00, but there was no previous customer. We are embarrassed. Drinks are a small number of elite drinks such as champagne, wine, sake, whiskey, and good juice (laughs). Nine snacks on the plate? Since the concept here is Japanese, it is a Japanese set. After that, I went to the lounge on the lower floor, but there was a line, Shin Takanawa had only beer and the rest of the daytime cake, and even though I went to Sakura Tower, there was nothing nice about alcohol or snacks, so I ended up returning to the beginning. As a result of returning to the beginning, I found that there is a drink here even after the cocktail time (no hors d'oeuvre) I finally found that it was the correct answer to use only here, so from the next time I will do so. Although the introduction has become longer, the room has the same setting as that of the inn and has a bed on tatami mats. The view of the garden is good from the window, and you can see the garden from the bath (can you see the bath from the garden?) The bathroom is large and comfortable. No unnecessary rain shower for me. No toiletries (I wanted this). I am grateful that breakfast is brought to my room and I can relax in the room while looking out at the garden. The contents are a little like an inn, and there are many items. Another feature is that all the staff in the hall are very responsive. After that, there is nothing to say if you can dig in the hot springs.

Spent one night at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and would have moved to a different hotel if we had needed to stay longer. The place is outdated, and in desperate need to upgrade rooms and facilities. The room lighting is poor, which accentuates the shabby feel to the room and bath. The bedside tables have ancient light switches, there are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms, but the lack of air conditioning in the hotel is really the worst insult to a weary traveler who is given a room that is 80F and has a tiny window. Ice is available only on select floors, there is no convenient Lawsons or 7-11. We paid 24,000JPY for the night which is hugely overpriced. At least the staff were able to provide a circulating fan to help deal with the heat in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient. I would not recommend and will not go back.

The hot pot is made of tiger. Wireless LAN and WiFi are free! The refrigerator is made of Toshiba. It is well stored in integration with the desk. In the refrigerator, a natural water bottle of Mt. Fuji called ｢ Ichi Fuji ｣ was cooled by one service. There is a folding luggage. The best recommendation of this hotel is the bathroom with a washroom, It is divided into toilets and washrooms. 3F Get a bathing agent at the amenities corner of the front lobby, and if you soak slowly in the bathtub, you will blow away your fatigue at once. 5F and 7F have ice making machines, vending machines, microwave ovens, and 6F have coin laundry. 3F amenities corners have various skin care items, bathing agents, shaver, I take body towels and so on for the amount I need. The room we stayed in was small, as I thought, only half the size of my bedroom. After stuffing two guests and two large travel bags and a backpack inside, the room looked even cramped. The toilet here is great with three basins and heated seats. This hotel is equipped with blackout curtains, very quiet, and it shares a building with a government agency - you can see a lot of government elite every morning! Washing machine and beverage machine are available in the hotel. Breakfast is great. I had salads, boiled eggs, sauce soup and bread rolls there. Coffee was served with pretzels and crisps. Cereal bread and yogurt were also served. It only takes 4 minutes to walk from the Yamanote line. There are countless delicious foods here. There is a currency exchange bank at the entrance and exit of Yamanote Station. I will stay here next time I travel to Kyoto.

Booked for 2 nights and 3 days twin. The schedule changed and stayed for 1 nights and several hours from midnight to early morning. Good room that cannot be considered from the price of the moment you entered the room. Twin but one is large. The room was not so large, but the bed was large, there was a kitchen, and the bath was as large as home by bus and toilet. The front desk was very good. Although there is a close friend, a high professional conscious customer service. I wanted to stay for two nights and lamented with my friend. It is close to the station, but the climb stairs were crying with luggage (laughs) but I will use it again!

It takes about 7 mins to travel between the hotel and Tamachi JR Station which is in a good location. On the other hand, the hotel located a bit out of the busy areas and the visitors can enjoy a nice and peaceful moment there. If you go to another side of the Tamachi Station, there is a shopping area where more restaurants and shops can be found. The hotel has a floor allowing guests getting free drinks, snacks, smokes and relaxation. I’d say it’s a kind of complimentary areas for guests for business. The room size is acceptable for a single guest or couples. Very clean and the air conditioner is adjustable (I really mean that as some hotels have such controls but are not workable) which made me feel a comfort stay there.

This hotel is located at Sengakuji Station (A2 exit, turn left and walked straight - it’s after APA shinagawa sengakuji hotel). There’s two train lines that stop here - Asakusa Toei Line and Keikyu line. It’s only a stop away from Shinagawa, thus making it quite accessible to other train stations in Tokyo (especially to Yamanote Line and Shinkansen) Hotel wise, the quality is quite the same if you have stayed at other Tokyu Stay Hotels. Depending on the room you have booked, there’s washer/dryer and small kitchenette in the room. I’ve booked the double bed room for both facilities. It’s quite small for two people, but we make do. Overall, it was a nice stay for us. The nearest convenience store are Daily Yamazaki (from A2 exit, turn right) and 7-11 (walk further down the street past the hotel. It’s on the other side of the street). There’s also a supermarket nearby (Peacock Store Mita Isarago) but you’ll need to use google maps for that.
