We did not buy the breakfast as it was not really good. The bed is big enough for two, its close to the JR station and near Ueno about 20 mins walk.

連定兩晚，不趕時間想繼續住一晚，不想換房了，前台小哥説衹有更好房間可以定了，我説可以但是不想換房，下個客人可以住我們付費的大房間，給他們免費升級一下吧，但是前台死活不肯，一定要12：00退房，第二天15：00再辦入住，非得折騰一下我們果斷放棄續住
