Overall is a good hotel and if you are plan to go narita after checkout, nippori had skyliner service which can reach terminal 2/3 in 40 minutes.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and they made an effort to converse with us in English. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 medium sized suitcases with enough room for 2 adults to to move around comfortably. 7-11 is right next door to the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel and Nippori station.

Pleasant stay in a well equipped and strategically located hotel. Staff speaks Chinese and English and were helpful with my inquiries and assisted me with the transport of luggage bags to Narita airport.

There is a long staircase coming out of the Yamanote Line station. There may be an elevator exit farther away, but I haven’t tried it. If you take the skyliner, there is one at the exit. Everything else is very good. The room environment is comfortable, and there is a bathhouse, but it is crowded because of the number of people. Got it

I mainly like the quietness here. I can relax in the big bath every day. The public washing machine is also relatively new. You can set a password to prevent others from taking it. I suggest that a picture be used at the entrance of the big pool to require that hair should not enter the water. Some people are not aware of it.
