I understand that various things have happened in the past, but I think things are quite normal now. The building consists of two buildings, and if your room number is in the 50s, you will need to use elevator B in the back. The rooms are the same as other Toyoko Inns, so if you have excessive expectations for this price, we recommend using another hotel.

It's neither good nor bad.
If I had to make a wish, it would be nice if there were more washing machines and dryers installed in the building.

I had booked a medical checkup for the morning in Kasuga, but because I didn't want to take the morning commuter train during the coronavirus pandemic, I decided to go to Kasuga in the afternoon the day before.
So I couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel. I'm sorry.
The building itself seemed old, but it was kept clean.
The only amenities are a toothbrush, no lotion or milky lotion.
There is liquid soap for both face and body in the bath unit, but I don't feel like using it to wash my face. As an amenity for women, I would like an overnight set that includes face wash and lotion like those sold at convenience stores (I don't mind paying for it).
The bed is wide and hard.
The nightwear was a long shirt type and was comfortable.

目的地であった東京ドームからとても近く利便性は抜群でした
ツインを利用しましたがお部屋も綺麗で寝るときも静かでした
ホテル自体も綺麗で清掃も行き届いてましたし、朝ご飯も美味しかったです
従業員の方々も皆さん丁寧でとても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました
また東京へ旅行する際には利用したいと思います

全館満室という事からか、窓から外の景色が全く見えない部屋に通されました。夜はまだ良かったのですが朝になっても一切陽の光が差さず時間の感覚を失いました。閉塞感も凄かったです。また朝のチェックアウト時間近くになると廊下やロビーなど至る所にハウスキーピングの方たちが固まって大声で話しておりました。他の東急インにもたくさん泊まらせていただいているのですがこの様な東急インは初めてです。立地は後楽園からも近くとても便利なのでまた利用したいので、立地を選べばまた泊まりたいと思います。
