Small but clean and convenient with the public transport.

Although the room size is a bit small, this is common in Tokyo zone. The hotel service is very good, the staff is nice, and you can order breakfast in the hotel (extra charge). The check in process is fast and easy, no deposit is required, which shall be common in Japan so.

Nice location, near JR and Metro stations, convenience store nearby, helpful staff and can communicate in English.

A chic hotel with a very clean room. Provided with all sorts of amenities on G/F, and the staff are kind to help!

Conveniently located just next to Ueno Station and nearby to Keisei Ueno Skyliner Station. Staff was sticky about check-in time of 3pm and not even half an hour earlier when we arrived. They also slapped on an unexpected additional ¥200 “hotel tax”. Room was very small and space was very tight although the furniture and bathroom were rather new and modern. The multi-charger available from a drawer in the room was a nifty gadget. Toiletries and other amenities like coffee and tea sachets were freely available to guests buffet-style at the lobby.

I like this hotel and hope to book next time. Hotel location is the best in Ueno.

Firstly,The toilet have strongly awful smell!Thus,you can't stay too long in the bathroom.Also,flushing is not work properly! Secondly,The bedding was not clean, which Itched me! Thirdly,Service was awful.A front desk old lady who wear glasses was unkind,rude and extremely stubbon.When you checked out in a hurry and wanted to keep a luggage here,even you already told her that you will take it back in afternoon,she still asked what is the exact time you take back and repeatedly claimed that it will be charge if you don't come back today.Her attitude was very impolite. The worst hotel I have stay in toyko ever.

This hotel is located next to UENO station. Room interior is new and comfortable.

Very near to ueno station, making it great for subway /JR trips. Very quiet during night and modern AC for well resting sleep. Only small annoyance is the room size. If you have a big luggage, it will get tiny real fast
