An old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet.

Overall, I was satisfied, especially the sunrise in the morning was a pleasant surprise; there are no restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel, which is very inconvenient if you don't have a car. Because I left in a hurry, I left my denim jacket in the room; after the hotel found it, they helped to express it to Tokyo, thank you very much!

The room is located with the mountain at its back and the sea, and the room is warm. The Western-style bed is a single-size bed, and the Japanese-style bed is also large enough to roll around on. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient and the water temperature is hot enough. It is very quiet at night, with little noise, and the reception staff is kind.

The room is very spacious and can accommodate four people. The sea view is very comfortable. However, the location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving tourists. The facilities are relatively old and there is no bottled water.

This hotel in Toba was recommended by a friend. We went to Ise Shrine and Mediterranean Village. It was a pleasant surprise. The price/performance ratio was very high. The room was very spacious. The toilet and bathroom were newly renovated. It was perfect.

Ocean view room! beautiful landscape! ! ! The rooms are quite big among Japanese hotels! Not very new though! But very clean and tidy! Very good value for money! ! !

I used it when sightseeing in Toba and Ise. I think it was originally a members-only facility, but it was also open to non-members. It takes less than 30 minutes by bus from Toba Station (JR/Kintetsu), but due to the infrequent buses, I couldn't find the time, so I took a taxi. The room was a spacious twin room with a six-tatami Japanese-style room, and the changing/dressing sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate. The view from the window was good and we were able to spend a relaxing time. The next morning, I took the bus back to Toba Station.

The room was clean and the bath was spacious, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The view from the room was also great, so I had a great time. Thank you very much. 😊

The hotel is quite old, but only the bathrooms have been renovated and it was relatively clean. There was an ocean view and a Japanese-style room, so I was very satisfied with just staying there.

The room was spacious and well equipped, so it was very comfortable. We also had fun playing table tennis. The price was very reasonable, so we were very satisfied.

When we go out for dinner or something, we are a little far from the city.

Maybe it was a former resort condominium? No breakfast, but it was fine.

I would like to go again next New Year.
