There are rooms that should be there, not very luxurious. After all, the price is there. The air conditioner is turned on very loudly, and it is buzzing at night... The shower shelf in the shower room is loose, the shower head can't be lifted, the shower angle can't be adjusted, and the bath is inconvenient.

I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel around 10 am, just wanted to put our luggage there but hotel front allowed us an early check in. This really help us who had an overnight flight to rest a bit before going around Tianjin When we went inside the room there was XiaoDu little tablet to welcome us with song. U can order XiaoDu by speaking like plz open the curtain ( of course in Chinese), I liked to speak with him but don't know why XiaoDu don't follow my order in the mornings To Sum up I would give 10 out of 5, I will stay here again if I go to Tianjin the hotel locate across the road at the exit C very convenient!!!!!!!! PS.Breakfast is OK, food are variable. ( not for me though. I only like those cold dishes ) Oh they also gave us some snack when checking out

Solo traveller, enjoyed a queen sized bed. Cleanliness of the room on entering is good, daily cleaning service provided. Location is convenient, with metro station less than 5 mins walk. Wide available options for food & drinks, including multiple malls within 10 mins walk. Friendly reception service, and approachable. Self-service laundry available. Room heating is well functioning for cold winter of 5ºC to -5ºC.

Bravo to the lady who was cleaning my room. She cannot speak English at all but made a huge effort to ensure she communicates in English using translation software. She is very intelligent and offered great service. The location is great. Very beautiful near the river. Near Marco Polo and Italian street. And the room is great value for money. You can see the sunrise and beautiful view of the city through the bedroom window.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. A good location close to a shopping center. Opposite the hotel is a small area (Xibeijao), where you can buy traditional food from Tianjin. The breakfast is ok but it’s more the Chinese style. For western guests they provide coffee, some toast, jam and the typical Chinese sausage. Don’t expect too much from it.

Overall we had a lovely stay here. The location is great, and the rooms and reception area were beautifully decorated. The pool and gym were amazing (best hotel gym I've ever seen!), and never very busy. Staff were friendly and polite. And there was never a queue for the lifts. There were a few ******* which I'll list below for other people who appreciate these types of details, but they were by no means deal breakers. ******* included: - we always had a long wait at reception to be served - the deposit is large (almost the price of the stay again) - no plugs on one side of the bed so you can't charge your phone next to you - the minibar wasn't very cold - no takeout delivery to rooms (usually this is done by robot) - beds are very soft which might give some people backache - our toilet cistern kept running (we fixed it ourselves every time) - the shower leaked - the blinds over the windows are all or nothing, there are no curtains that you can just pull over part of the window - the swimming pool is very shallow at just 1.2 metres with no deep end - this made swimming difficult for both of us as we're on the taller side - you must sign a declaration before every swim/workout (I think once per customer would be enough!) and wear a swimming cap in the pool (the hotel sells them).

The view from the room was great. The residence is sourround with Muslim Restaurant in walking distance, it's very convinient to find Halal food especially for Muslim 😁. It's such great and wonderful stay in the city of Tianjin. Will definitely come here again if have opportunity to visit this town in future. Not to forgot to mentioned, the staff is also very helpful and friendly.
