酒店是新開業的，設施比較新，但是服務不行！布草沒有一日一換。甚至有時候都沒打掃房間。洗澡水有時候不熱，連續兩天冷水沒洗澡。前台一位年輕女士，服務態度不好，戴眼鏡的小姑娘蠻好的！
1、入住第二晚發現房間沒打掃，打電話給前台，前台解釋了半天也沒説怎麼解決，問了才説換房間，然後就把電話掛了。房卡讓她重新刷了，結果上樓還是沒打開房間，跑下去找她，這換房間還得跑。
2、前台一位女士，告訴我按金退給我同事了，我跟同事核實，並沒有退。她説可以看監控，有記錄，還給我看微信退款記錄，但其實根本就沒有退給我同事的記錄，演不下去了，把錢退給我。真有趣
好好的酒店被服務給整的不舒服

酒店不是很大，但很乾凈。無論是被子，床單，還是浴巾。浴室內地面沒有任何積垢。價格非常合理。到天津大港油田，這家酒店是不錯的選擇。

前台服務態度很差，我要打掃房間結果跟我説沒人打擾兩點以後，要求換房間，給我來了句把房卡拿下來，總之很差很差，再前台買了包煙 28玉溪而且是假煙，害得我咳嗽一晚上
