很精緻的民宿，內飾佈置是用心的。位置非常好，在五大道景區，走路幾分鐘就到民園，街口就是疙瘩屋。而且可以免費停車，就在大院裏，這就非常方便了。選了好幾個附近的酒店，都沒有停車位。

我訂房時忘看日期了，訂的當天晚上入住，快夜裡12點老闆打電話問我什麼時候到，才發現訂錯日期了。我與攜程客服打電話説明情況，客服説老闆同意退款。特別特別感謝老闆，人好又熱情。酒店環境很好，復古情懷，彷彿回到了民國時代。

老闆很熱情好客。有着百年歷史的整棟別墅藏在部隊裏面，從進門開始一樓至二樓裝修的豪華別緻，（三樓是美容院就沒上去參觀），每一層公共設施設計非常巧妙，滲透着中西合璧。周圍歷史建築非常多，孫紅雷拍的熱劇《潛伏》取景地就在附近。總之我覺的非常值得住一下。

民宿地點非常好，週五全是有故事的百年別墅，客棧本身是一個保護建築，為啥乾淨，整體設計風格民國風，特別適合拍古裝照，也有各種旗袍免費使用拍照，房間特別大，安靜，乾淨，老闆強哥人特別好，家在天津同學本地人都要來住住，拍拍照，如果不出門在客棧拍藝術照都能消磨半天時光

非常完美的一次入住體驗！老闆人很好很熱情，我們去的時候正好趕上天津海棠花節，人很多，景區道路都管制了。老闆提前給我打電話告知我要打車要注意！不要繞了路！
酒店環境非常好，重點是在五大道里麪單獨的院子，能停車，太棒了！下次開車去，解決了停車難的問題！！酒店裡麪裝修非常漂亮，民國復古風，老闆還提供免費的旗袍，讓我狠狠的過了一把癮！ 每次出門老闆娘都會問我一句，去哪裡，然後告訴我最佳路線和出行方式，太暖心了！真是很好的一次出門體驗！！

位置優越，在五大道疙瘩樓附近的一個居民區共用小院子裏面，有不少免費停車位。自駕友好。房間描述與宣傳相符，洗漱產品等齊備，每天兩瓶礦泉水提供，晚上挺安靜的。附近吃飯的地方也挺多，溜達散步很方便。唯一的不足感覺房間裏掛衣物的地方太少，衹有一個木質衣架。希望改善。其他都挺滿意。

門口有軍管牌 一開始以為不能進呢😅 所有裏面還算安靜。還蠻好找的，旁邊就是狗不理。廁所蠻大的 有神奇門。氛圍很民國風格，貌似還可以變裝拍照。門口基本沒人 可以拍玲，很有意思。樓上是醫美，起床好早🥹。猜205是有大陽台的，好像去看看👀。

不愧是我千挑萬選後定下來的民宿，非常棒，就在五大道景區裏面，老闆超級nice，可免費停車，內部裝飾非常有特色，特別適合拍照，房間隔音效果也很好，有機會再去天津還會選擇入住！
