Hyatt Regency Thrissur

From the front desk, after checking in, d Chris helped me Upto room..He remebered my previous visit and personally connected with me.. Aporeciating him. Mr Manoj, Manager outlets, as usual was very active in the restaurant and was very helpful. He is both professional and relational.. Deserves appreciation.. All the staff were very coordial and helpful.. They all greet with open smiles and cheerful faces.. Good experience Last time, Gopika did a commendable job at front desk. She was very fast at the same time very soft and coordinal. It is a good hotel. Very clean. Rooms always look like new one. The bath ia very spacious. There ia lot of walking space in the campus. Their parking area is very big.. I used to walk around 10 km a day while I stay in the hotel..Morning ww can see lots of native birds in the trees aroynd the parking area. Bed linen -super.. I have two suggestions: 1.avoid plastic bottles for providing drinking water in the room.. Use glass bottels with sealing. 2. Provide lids for cups.

This is a recommended hotel for stay at Thrissur, either for business or personal vacation. The staff is really helpful and the rooms and services are of high quality. The food at Nougat and Regency Cafe are of good quality and taste. Additionally, the cab service provided by the hotel is very convenient for local sightseeing and also for longer trips for eg Munnar.

The stay was really good and comfortable. The room was clean. Staff were really good and responsive to our needs. Breakfast buffet had good options.

The front end staffs and the check in process was very smooth . The staff at the entry was very much helpful and umbrella being provided during rain . Very much caring and wonderful staffs

An excellent place to stay and relax is located few minutes away from city center and historic places and Temples. A warm welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food which will satisfy the people all around the globe

The best, especially catering department very co-operative, especially main chef..Since i did not want onion and garlic during my stay they co-operated accordingly.

While it is Thrissur for Pooram, my choice is Hyatt for Thrissur. Beautiful stay and best in class service.
