House keeping was not up to commercial standards, dirt and debris behind bathroom doors, hot water took forever , slow a/c and a musty smell when it ran, and the biggest blunder the 3rd party fee added on the bill . Shame on the hotel

The property was unkept , hallways and rooms smelled, carpets torn, draperies disintegrating, drywall laying on floor in hallways,
Mattresses where comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Not good. This place seriously needs a total makeover.. Missing hooks on the wall, stains on carpet in room, and bugs in the bathroom.. no maintenance staff in the evening, if you need something, you’re out of luck..

Carpets were gritty and dirty. The room had a funky smell. We had 4 people in our room but housekeeping only left us 3 sets of towels and 2 washcloths. Breakfast was limited. There were strange people hanging around the entrance and lobby during the evening/night. The toilet in our room and the lobby kept backing up.

The area is very noisy and you can hear the other occupants clearly as well. The hotel wasn’t that clean as the bathroom had hair in the sink and dried tooth paste on faucet. The toilet wasn’t clean either as it had stains. My opinion, train your cleaning staff or do a final inspection of rooms.

Clean but room needed repair...obvious spots/areas where paint was gone. Stayed for three nights; last morning, no hot water for shower. All-in-all pretty disappointed with accommodations but employees were very nice.

Hotel was clean, quite. Room was nice, bathroom very small. Breakfast was weak.
Outrageous that they added $10 to my nightly stay because of booking made by an "outside agency." Will NOT return on general principles.
