前台的服務真是越來越差，我走到前台，詢問前台可以升級房型嗎？前台2個人，其中一個長的****的女的説衹有原房型沒有了才可以升，請問沒有原房型了我還能訂到嗎？升級的原理應該是升級的房型充足可以升，不充足就不升，跟原房型有屁關係？？這是在偷換概念。接着辦理完早餐券也不給……作為一個酒店，想做的長久，無非兩點：前台服務和客房衞生，前台想服務做的好，想平台分數高，通常會做增值服務，例如升級房型、贈送早餐，但顯然這些服務的權利掌握在前台服務員的手裡，我想給你升就升，不想升就不給你升，包括早餐也同樣如此，老客户不維護，新客户去巴結，這是酒店一貫的作風……以後不可能再去了
