The hotel, rooms, and facility was very clean. Julie and Jasmine were super friendly and welcoming and gave us great dining suggestions. Mrs. Ann was in charge of breakfast one of the days we were there. She kept everything stocked, clean, and was so friendly. She made you feel like family. Anything we needed she said ”I got you”. This location is close to everything and has many food options with in walking distance. We had a great stay and will be back.

This is usually our go to hotel when visiting family in Plant City. Not in the future. First, we booked a king room on-line but a few days later upon arrival, we were told they did not have a king available so we were given a 2 queen room. This room had a very strong dog smell. We asked for another room that was not a pet friendly room. We were told all rooms were pet friendly & handed a bottle of febreze. I love animals but why would you not keep some rooms pet free for people that have allergies & sensitivities to pet smells. Very disappointed this stay with the service & cleanliness.

This hotel has made some positive makeovers and have perfected its customer service. Front Desk was so friendly and also offered to print out a document that I needed. I felt welcome and safe. The room exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. It was spotless, and I felt comfortable climbing into bed. It was clear the sheets were fresh, and the room was thoroughly cleaned. I had a fantastic time at the swimming pool as well. Thank you for your hospitality.
