This hotel exceeded my expectations. I liked and was satisfied with the overall design, decoration, and bedding in the room. They were very nice to children. When I entered the hotel, they saw that it was inconvenient for me to check in with my child, so they helped take care of the child. The child likes to take pictures, so I took pictures of him. When we left the next day, we gave him printed photos, which was great. They also gave us souvenirs and small water cups for the children to drink on the way. I gave them full marks for service and hospitality. When I left, I happened to see them showing guests the room, and the service was also very good. Oh, there is also a hot spring on the top floor. I didn't have time to experience it this time, but I will try it next time. The overall cost performance is very high, highly recommended!

The price is good value. After the cross-country race, I arrived at the Jianguo Hotel and saw this hotel. I came to stay. You can take a hot bath in the room and the hotel can also take a hot spring bath. Due to special reasons, I didn't experience the hot spring. Tremella soup is also prepared for guests every night.

Fruits, drinks and biscuits were delivered every day, and the delivery was different for two days! There is a hot spring on the roof ~ and a self-service laundry room ~ The bed in the room is also very comfortable and the hygiene is good. The only small drawback is that the parking fee is a bit crowded and the road construction at the door is a bit shaky ~

It is very convenient to take a taxi to various scenic spots and attractions, and the distance is not far. It is also very close to the airport, which is only 20 minutes away, and there is a free airport pick-up service. The waiter's service attitude is particularly good. He sent us sweet soup every night. On the first night, he also sent us a snack grid. When checking out, he also sent a souvenir. It was really a very good experience to stay here. I will definitely choose Kachen again next time.

The room is large enough and has a large balcony. The king-size bed can sleep 3 people. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete basic facilities, tea sets and 3 different kinds of tea, so you can taste tea in the room. There are small refreshments when guests arrive at the hotel, and Tremella soup when you return to the room at night. The hotel's breakfast is edible and good. There is no meal at other times. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. There is a free airport pick-up at Tengchong Hotel. Because we are traveling with the elderly, the moon also thoughtfully arranged a drop-off for us. The details are in place, and some small requests raised can basically be met.

The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions. The service staff is also very good and very enthusiastic towards us. They upgraded our room.
