We stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) 💞. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !🍾🍾 We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menù at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA 🍾🍾 And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !🍾🍾 We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work 🍾🍾🍾 . They served very well our elderly parents ❤️. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

A very nice hotel with trendy interior design. You should book the Premier Lagoon room because it has direct access to the pool. Breakfast taste is good and various. The best part is the hospitality 🫶🏻 Thank you Golden Hill, will be back soon!

Best hotel and cheap

This hotel is recommended for the travelers who's visiting Batu Malang City. All the travelers needs is already provided around there because the strategic location. There's a lot of culinary,and close to shopping centre,also there's some destination that you can go to. The hotel it self has good service and the place is nice and clean. The air there is cool and there's some picture spots.

We stayed in a Family Room, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was sizable and had working hot water. The room was wonderful, as the pictures and descriptions show. The staff were very friendly and helpful in showing us to our room and making sure we settled in ok. The breakfast was good, with good variety in a cost environment. The hotel is amazing value, for the price you get a spacious, clean, modern and beautiful room with a great bathroom in a wonderful location, close to the main places to see in Batu. I would highly recommend the Riverstone Hotel and Cottage to anyone whom was planning on staying in Batu

Stayed with the family, the hotel is fantastic with superb cleanliness. Service was great from the Security staff at the gate to the Room Attendant. Eco Green hotel used dispensers for Hand Soap, Bath foam & Shampoo, 43” TV, nice swimming pool and kids playground. The Management should recognized their Team Members at the Front Desk Ms. Tina who had provide excellent service all the time. Well done! The only services need to be paid attention is at the restaurant during breakfast, dirty dishes were not cleared up right away, tables were not re-set up immediately and with complete cutleries. Towels in the room need to be renew. Thanks Samara!

Recommended ... Clean villa, complete and clean cooking utensils, complete facilities prepared towels, instant noodles, eggs, coffee, tea, cold drinks. Children like it because there is a warm water jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms with hot water. Good location a lot of food vendors passing by. Mr Budi assistant villa is also nice. Thx Trip.com give good price

The villa building is instagramable, suitable for photos inside, the villa is very clean, facilities such as water heater, dispenser, refrigerator, rice cooker, stove, etc. work well. highly recommended, value from me 9,8/10

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a good thing that it was quiet when we came. Junior room we had was great. 2 queen size bed (160x200) was suitable for my family, it's really price worthy. Clean bedsheet and bathroom, and nice amenities too. Breakfast was delivered to room, it was satisfying. The staff was very welcome. Parking space was very spacious. Its location is somewhat perfect, very close to well known attraction like Jatim Park 2 or Museum Angkut. The only minus thing is it doesn't have lift, so we must go up by stairs to our room in second floor. Overall, this is one great hotel for family vacation.
