Great experienced for staying in osaka hotel pik 2, good hospitality, the room is super clean and good, staff is very helpful , especially for their FO named Ms. Okti. I really enjoyed this hotel and i will be back again

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the staffs are also kind. I was there for 2 days because I had some business with my girlfriend who was in Tangerang. I think the place is strategic, but the main lights are not bright enough. I hope I can stay here again ~

Excellent service. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Nice restaurant which is open until 1am, we arrived on a late flight with jetlag so had a meal at 12:30am. Everything very new and clean. Big lg TV in room. Had a very good sleep, lovely comfortable bed/bedding. Good to be near the airport. Easy to arrange late check out which helped with the jetlag. Well done to the staff!

My friend like this hotel so much but the elevator can't join with your worker and manner and hospitality your worker must upgrade at the elevator for priority the guest

for the first time to this hotel with the children and at first the receptionist greeted us kindly, then when we entered our room we were told to look for three vouchers, wow, finally we found these vouchers and the children got gifts from the yellow be hotel, thanks ya , my child veey happy

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

The hotel location is easily missed; not well marked. It is at Terminal 1, which is not a busy terminal. There are no lifts fro street level to reception .. the air conditioning unit requires cleaning; and has low output. Minimal services available in the room, and wifi is continually failing .. There are no elevators to higher floors .. would I stay there again .. No!

The food is very good, the location is very convenient, very close to the airport, the overall environment is very quiet, the room is large

The services are amazing, room no 306, room service mbak Lovi/Yovi sorry i forgot, she was kind and fast, very good job, the room very clean, wide and comfortable, the hospitalities are exxcellent, I will be back someday

I really loved staying here. The room is a bit outdated but it has bathtub in every room so it‘s still a win-win for me. The pool is big! The ambience is great lots of trees and so cozy for me and my family. It has water slide which not every hotel or resort has. Breakfast, well…standard for me, but the pancakes and waffles are great!
