An ideal place to stay. Close to the city center and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The interior design is simple yet modern. I especially love the fully equipped kitchen where I can cook anything that I yearn for with the local ingredients. Nice and supportive staff also leaves a good impression on me.

The hotel is in the city center. If you have a car after booking with Ctrip, you will need to pay an additional 35 dollars for parking (from the same day to 2 pm the next day, it is not expensive. Parking in the city center is very expensive, about 6 dollars an hour, so the 35 dollars is still worth it. ), there are dedicated hotel parking spaces on the first floor of the parking lot opposite , the room is not big, the water is big and very comfortable. It is located in the city center next to the bar. It is noisy at night, but it is acceptable to sleep late. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. There is a child in the next room who wants to sleep well early in the morning.

The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. I feel that Ctrip customer service is excellent. It’s getting better👍

The room is very clean and tidy. The whole team of the hotel from the front desk to the cleaning is very nice. The location is very good. If there is a need, I will choose to stay next time.

City center, very convenient.

While the room was compact at this hotel, everything was very well positioned. Soundproofing of rooms was good so restful. For a solo traveller it was fine. Good shower and all very clean. All the reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The area is convenient and felt safe with places to eat/drink close by.

Everything was great, clean, convenient, comfortable, the staff was very helpful. Tricia stood out and couldn’t be more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. She even helped us take our luggage out to catch an Uber. Made sure we had a large spacious room.

Stairs only to reception from street level. There is wheel chair access around the back of the hotel but not ideal. Apart from this aspect, lively hotel.

The property is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions. But no temp parking nearby to load/unload luggages. The parking reserved for us was in a poorly monitored/maintained garage. The way to the parking was very tricky. We drove around the block and inside the garage multiple times and finally found it. But we had to drive back and asked for a different parking space as there were broken glasses spreading all over. It seems they were aware of this problem. But not sure why they didn’t clean it up ahead of time or at least let us know so we could have switched parking right away.

This was my first stay at Sojourn and when I was leaving yesterday I said to my partner that I could not fault it and we would def stay again. We love the Cuba Street Culture, so if that is not for you then maybe not. It was close to everything, def walkable to all the spots that we love. The hotel it self is amazing and I love the attention to detail. Staff, environment, amenities were all excellent and I really could not fault
