Nice area, but there are 3 buildings and only the main one has a clear lake view. I was in one of the other buildings and although it had a balcony that faced the lake, there were parking lots in between. The price was only 104 with tax for a king bed and balcony, though, so i can't complain there. The room was average or below, with scuffed looking and mismatched furniture and very thin towels. Cleanliness was ok, but could have been better. Breakfast was also ok, but not great. I would stay again but would want to stay in main bldg overlooking lake.

Jana in the office was super sweet and so helpful but the beds were HORRIBLE, noise was seriously terrible, not enjoyable. The only positive was the lake view.

needs new furniture, very out dated, light bulbs were missing, more pillows needed, carpet needs on floor curtains needed washed, didnt feel cleaned, not fresh

Our stay was disappointing. The photos on their website looked much better than the actual room. The hotel is in need of a good cleaning, painting and repair.
The hotel building is good quality, but it has been poorly maintained. The view of the lake from the balcony is fantastic!

Location is great. Many activities going on this evening - corn hole, bingo, volley ball. Looking forward to using the pool in the morning.

It could be a very nice place to stay. My issues were: I am a 73 years old woman, I was put in BLDG 2, had to park across the street from the building, walk behind the building and enter an unlocked screen door to reach the elevator, not safe or convenient. My sliding door to the balcony did not lock, discovered after returning from dinner. TV volume not adjustable, remote didn't work, super nice desk lady (Ivy I believe) came over to the room took the batteries out and put them back in, volume still not adjustable but remote appeared to work until I couldn't turn it off when ready to go to sleep called office and she brought batteries which made the remote work but volume never was right. Light bulb out in the bathroom, so I changed it out for a lamp bulb that worked. I had booked for 2 people which changed last minute. Only coffee condiments in the room for 1 person 1 time. Very disappointed. If I ever stayed again I would request Main bldg and check everything before I ever unpacked anything or touched anything in the room.

Water veiw was spectacular sunrises but the outside band playing below the balcony till 10pm not so great. Minutes from Mount Dora

Great hotel- low water pressure and shower/bath knob was backwards hot and cold, close to many bars on Friday night- very loud. Room very spacious, however back door entrance to B bldg no lighting and door open for anyone to enter. Area was beautiful,and people were very friendly.

Decor could have been nicer /mix matched pictures , lol.
Elevator was broken on our way out and had to make several trips to carry cooler and suitcases down 3 flights.
It was fixed after we actulally checked out, so I guess it was fixed fairly promptly. Within an hour.
Very loud bar patrons coming out of bar at 2 am.
