The hotel is a pleasant place to relax after a hard days work. The according rooms have also facilities to welcome friends. The hotel’s personal is extremely helpful and fulfills also special requests with a smile. Breakfast is usually busy so best go there early. The Gym is equipped with standard equipment and lacks machines for Muscle training but the weathered traveler will know how to utilize the existing. I will come back next time.

住過的酒店不少，鳳凰山莊論硬件設施和環境雖算不得最好的，但也是實打實的五星，尤其驚喜和暖心的是他們的服務，從前台到餐廳，清掃到駁運小哥，主動服務的意識真的太讚了，餐廳經理還會親力親為服務到客人，介紹酒店各項景點和每日推薦餐點，親和力滿滿，今年一定要帶父母再來一次。

特別喜歡這裏，空氣很好，環境也很棒，關鍵是服務超好，和希爾頓酒店比，我更喜歡這裏的環境，很幽靜，早餐種類也很多，還有健身房，美髮中心等設施！
尤其特別表揚大堂經理小陳，非常熱情nice，酒店就應該多有幾個像小陳經理這樣的男孩子，很關注用户體驗，而且服務確實非常到位，感覺找不到很好的詞彙來形容他的極致服務了！哈哈哈，而且給人一種非常温馨親切的感覺，非常大家到這個酒店入駐哦，下回自己來這裏還是會依然選這家！

入住當天下午即收到陳經理來電 瞭解到達時間及需求
進門很驚喜 床已鋪好 水已燒好 歡迎水果已放桌上 還有充電器提供 晚上回來還有百合小米粥 很好喝
酒店環境很好 房間挺大 床很舒服 衞生間及沐浴淋浴設施也很不錯 一次性浴缸套好評
酒店位置也不錯 離網紅新榮記和花園菜市場都很近 花園菜市場經側門步行1公里左右即可到達
有待改進之處：1、一樓落地窗 房間私密性比較差 2、早飯10點準時收攤 收攤前東西好像不是很充足 邊吃邊有服務人員收盤子 體驗不太好 3、房間大桶水需收費的標識似乎不是很清楚 4、衞生間的吹風機真的很難用，建議升級 5、衞生間鏡子有點遠 建議加個小鏡子比較方便
總體還是滿意 推薦

環境優美，景色宜人，市區裏少有的安靜的酒店，佔地面積比較大，房間樓層基本上都是兩三層頗有江南園林的感覺。整體裝修簡約大氣，以黑白灰為底色襯以綠色顯得更有生機酒店服務很好，工作人員服務熱情，待人感覺賓至如歸，房間衞生做的很好，讓人十分放心的一家酒店酒店餐廳的餐品味道不錯，有台州當地小吃，口味做的還不錯喜歡高端酒店的可以一試，真的還不錯

酒店硬件在當地應該算好的，前台服務態度一般般，保安很兇😅，其他工作人員的態度還是不錯的，見面都會主動打招呼！收拾房間也很及時！早餐品類豐富。

環境不錯，那天我們晚上9點左右到的酒店，在前台登記後，然後去找房間，在酒店裡麪轉了兩圈找不到一個人，好不容易找到要居住的那棟樓，但前台也沒人，這麼大的園子裏空盪盪的，如果是一個人真的會有點害怕😱

春節期間過來住的國賓樓，車子隨便進酒店，完全沒有管理，這麼大一個酒店，完全靠自己看牌子摸索到前台。沒看見門僮，自己去前台入住，都快晚上七點了，告知房間沒有打掃好。算了，春節期間也能理解，登記入住的時候房間都沒打掃好就把房卡給我了，讓我去房間等，難道讓我坐房間看服務員打掃衞生？這個我就不理解了。再三和前台説，我不去房間等，電話留下了，房間打掃好了打電話通知我，前台答應的很乾脆，結果我在外面晃悠了二個多小時，都快晚上九點了，也沒人通知我房間的事，這個我更不能理解了。沒辦法，自己拿着房卡去找房間，國賓樓還分A棟B棟，沒有一個服務人員出現，衹好自己一陣瞎找，終於找到房間，好在是打掃乾淨了，但是，晚上睡覺的時候發現床單都不乾淨，也不想多説了，將就睡一晚，一千多的房價，連個歡迎水果都沒有，這是什麼高端國賓樓？差評！
