房間隔音很差，晚上隔壁吵的影響的沒法睡，奇葩的是辦理入住的時候服務員態度很好，退房的時候換了個服務員態度很差，愛答不理的，讓開票，説加微信發電子版的，我説幫忙給打出來吧！直接跟我説不用等的，沒有紙質的，説話態度非常惡劣，我同事説找酒店負責人，她説她就是，簡直無語死了，我要是女的非跟她幹一架，沒見過這種**。。。再也不會去了

考試住的，去的有點早，去了還在打掃，阿姨很好，住了兩天，第二天也幫我們打掃了，早餐挺好吃的，酒店整體都挺好的，離動物園很近

我定這個酒店是為了離滑雪近選的，和幾個朋友一起住進去，酒店的衞生和服務都很好，唯獨有一點……讓我不是很滿意，就是夜晚睡覺的環境。
因為酒店位置緊鄰火車線路，和外面的馬路，加之酒店窗户隔絕噪音的能力很差很差，導致我深夜入睡總會被外面的汽笛聲，火車的聲音吵醒……這一點很重要，很重要很重要！！！希望給大家中肯的建議和評價

經常來太原出差的首選賓館，阿姨每天都準時打掃，房間無異味，隔音效果好，前台姐姐熱情待客，早餐也非常不錯，目前住過性價比最高的酒店。
