設施環境非常差 燈很黑暗 搞不懂那麼大一個酒店 不捨得在房間頂裝個燈 衹有床頭小盞燈 廁所積水十分嚴重 洗澡水流不下 住幾天就堆積幾天水在地面 房間隔音效果也很差 第一天早上 五六點開始 就開始嘈雜 説話聲很大 七點就睡不下去了 洗澡水壓非常小 洗頭都難 水温也低 如果是大冬天誰受得了

一家神奇的酒店，各方麪條件都很一般，但是地段很好，走幾步就是食品街，再走走就是鐘樓街和銅鑼灣不夜城。況且院裏還有幾個免費車位，總之還可以了，適合短期遊玩住宿。

首先 酒店設施確實很陳舊了 但是這個地理位置相當無敵 下樓就是食品街 鐘樓街 距離晉商博物館 柳巷全都是步行幾分鐘就能到達 並且在這麼繁華的地段竟然還擁有自己的停車場 服務還特別熱情 絕對值得選擇

我們是六個大人兩個孩子，定了三個房間，下面圖片，衹是我一個房間的美景。
優點:離鼓樓街和食品街都特別近，逛起來很方便，院內有停車場，價位也親民，前台美女和保安大哥都很熱情。
缺點:酒店設備特別陳舊不説，衞生超級臟，入住的時候發現問題，因為帶着孩子和好多行李箱怕麻煩就沒有換酒店，到前台溝通後，兩個小時後返回，還是沒有收拾衞生，實在沒控制好情緒，又給前台打電話，保潔才來象徵性的用抹布擦了一下，真的無語了，後來自己要來抹布和床品收拾的衞生，不知道為什麼找這樣的保潔工作啊！

酒店環境一般，但好在還衞生，鬧市中有自己的停車場，着實不易。主要是衝著有停車場去的，背後就是食品街，很方便。

五一假期酒店住了上百人，晚上上班的衹有一個前台和一個“來臨時幫忙”的老頭。晚上洗澡沒熱水，説打開水龍頭放20分鐘才有。又發現洗澡噴頭一點水都出不來，還得哄着老頭去找個好的噴頭，找了十幾分鍾還是堵的，得自己擰下來沖洗乾淨，裏面全是水銹。房間隔音也差得很，隔壁凌晨一點還在打牌，樓道什麼聲音也聽的一清二楚

這個位置真的是非常棒，停車也方便，出行不需要開車，周圍就有柳巷，晉商博物館，小吃街，食品街……酒店是老了一些，但是很乾凈，服務不錯，保安師傅非常好。
