服務特別好，前台的姐姐也特別熱情。買了冰淇淋蛋糕怕化，還幫忙放進了冰箱，真的很好！出門就是公交站，交通也很便利，推薦大家都來哦！

12點到店辦理入住，房間還沒有給收拾出來，等了大學半小時，要求延遲一小時退房還不同意，結果好多客人都是在兩點前辦理的退房。不統一對待客户。

前台小姑娘和打掃衞生的大姐人都挺好的，很熱心，參加考試距離很近，下午考試還給把房間留到了2點退房，中午能回去休息會兒，非常人性化。

酒店設施很齊全，前台也很有禮貌，洗漱用具裝備齊全，床墊很軟很有彈性，而且落下東西酒店人員還主動聯繫幫忙寄回，很滿意的一次住房體驗。

總體還滿意吧！就是酒店服務還差一些，尤其前台，代駕開過來的，説讓必要時挪一下車，兩個年青人盡然都説不會開車，也找不下個會開車的酒店工作人員，有點無語…

被網上的照片吸引來訂了太原的這家酒店，入住後發現完全踩雷，到現在想起來渾身都起雞皮疙瘩。
1.房間裏有蟑螂。第一天入住時店家給我安排的是403房間，剛進去沒多久就發現一衹小強，踩死後第二天早上又發現一衹，繼續踩死。我就不明白這酒店新開的旁邊又沒餐廳為什麼會有小強。第二天跟前台反映後給我換了213房，雖然肉眼沒看到小強，但我不放心，自己買了拜耳的殺蟑膠餌。果然換房後的第二天早上發現死了一衹小強，第三天早上又發現死了一衹在牆角。
2.酒店設施質量很差。換房後當天晚上洗澡淋浴器的水管就裂開了，找了前台，好在很快就給我換了，但是也體現了酒店裝修時用料質量很差。然後第三天晚上回酒店時，發現酒店電梯居然壞了，正在維修。要知道，這酒店是2023年新開業的好吧😑
3.房間甲醛味道很重，開窗通風也散不掉，住久了對身體很不好。
4.環境非常吵。酒店所有房間都臨街，晚上馬路上汽車聲音轟隆隆地非常響，影響睡眠。
5.位置非常偏。距離太原南打車40rmb+，距離太原旅遊集合點交通大廈商務酒店距離也在五公里以上，用dd 打車費用也在17-18元左右，既浪費時間又浪費交通成本。周邊直達市中心五一廣場的公交車衹有一輛，運營時間是早六晚七，而且車程要坐16站左右。
綜上，這個酒店除了裝修看上去簡約時尚，價格比較便宜外，基本沒啥優點，不推薦入住。

服務:前台，早餐廳都很熱情，服務也很主動。需求響應及時。
位置:距離高校20分鐘駕車路程。交通也比較便利。
房間設施:預訂高級雙床房。宏昆會小程序買金卡會員預訂更優惠，含早餐。
高層房間温度合適，面積也足夠，裝修新但是無異味很難得。
乾濕分離，衞生間還提供酒精噴和消毒紙巾。迷你餐吧內提供很多礦泉水和免費飲料。
窗簾和燈等設施都是電子面板控制，也有智能機器人送餐送東西。
房間景觀:酒店臨街，隔音效果好。
早餐:還可以，中西合璧，基本的主食蛋奶都有。明檔有麪條餛飩和湯圓。豆漿牛奶酸奶和現磨咖啡。主食不出彩。也有水果。
衞生:酒店很新，客房外觀都是乾乾淨淨。觀感很不
錯。
停車:有路面停車場和地下車庫，免費停車。
