The staffs were very accommodating. Food is good. Convenient location for food,stores and near the train station. The inhouse restaurant offers good beer.

Overall, room is clean, service is good, location is strategic with direct access to public transport. Service can be improved where they initially assigned a standard room size equipped with superior double bed to us who reserved a superior double room. Unfortunately we have to stay a night in the assigned room before shifting to the intended room. Photos below are the initially assigned room where it is different from the pictures shown on Trip.com for superior double room. Overall, it is still a good hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious however gave 3 stars for amenities because the bed was so stiff and hard. Not comfortable for 5 star hotel listing.

Great service. Gym has adequate equipment for machine and free weight training, only missing a pull up and dip station. Location is great, nearby many great restaurants and shops. Staff and Concierge are exceptional and helpful in every way possible. In room coffee is limited to instant powder Nescafé packs if you’re a coffee person. Beds perfect, firm but not stiff.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location is quite nice. Amenities are severely outdated. The entire hotel feels like a relic of the 1980s. It’s scheduled for a massive renovation and will probably be much better once they complete it. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid the deposit through trip.com then was required to pay again at the front desk upon checking in. When I went to check out they claimed that I had not paid anything at all. I even showed them the charges on my credit card and the trip.com transaction information. They only acquiesced when I threatened to call the police. I think this hotel is dealing with financial issues and is perhaps scamming unsuspecting guests.

2nd stay in 6 months for my parents (seniors in their 70s). They like the hotel, which is why they wanted to stay there again for the 2nd time. However, was disappointed in 2 areas:
1. emailed to the hotel directly to request for a King sized bed, but request was not granted.
2. requested assistance from hotel concierge to book for the airport transfer. (included in the Trip.com booking) The airport transfer provider claimed that trip.com did not inform them, as such was unable to provide the service.
