The hotel is nice and comfortable but the rooms are small with barely any natural light. The breakfast was terrible - chicken nuggets, weird salad/vegetables and packaged processed bread rolls. Nothing is replaced so make sure you get there early and watch out for the salty eggs! You also have the pleasure of cleaning your own table at the end. As for room cleaning, you have to ask before 12pm - something they may not inform you like I experienced myself. The coffee and teas were not replaced, neither was the toilet paper. I had to request these separately. For the level of service, the hotel is way overpriced.

I love this hotel

There is an MRT station about 600 meters away. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a 7-11 across the road. It is convenient and has a high personality.

The front desk is helpful in teaching how to use it. But I feel that the self-service machine is a bit useless and can make the wrong card. The room has a damp smell that cannot be dissipated without opening the window.

Everything, the staff, and the room are fine, but there may be weird things in the hotel room. I have different weird dreams all night long, and then I wake up every 3 hours of sleep. . . The most serious one was that I didn't know why I was sleeping on the bed, but when I woke up, I suddenly woke up outside the room without my card and without wearing shoes. I have never sleepwalked in the 29 years since I was born. I only talk in my sleep but not sleepwalk.

There was obviously an order online, but upon arrival the self-service system could not find the order, and it turned out that manual work was required. Because it rained heavily that day, the children were already soaked and wanted to go to the room to dry off quickly. As a result, I had to wait a long time for staff to assist.  The bed is difficult to sleep on, the lights are dark, and the air-conditioning vent faces the head of the bed, which can easily make people sick. There used to be ice cubes that you could pick up, but now there isn't. It wasn't like this before. Maybe it became popular and opened too many branches, which lowered the quality! At 11:20 in the morning, the staff called the room to tell us that it was time to check out. I told us to come down as soon as possible, but he threatened us and said that he would charge us $400 Taiwan dollars per hour. It had never been like this before, and it felt very bad.

The location is convenient, the hotel is well maintained, and the hotel staff has a good service attitude and is happy to solve guests' problems.

A decent accommodation experience. The check-in counter is self-service. The room is clean and it can be seen that it has been resurfaced. However, the boiling water in the bathroom is divided into a hot and a cold knob. I don’t like this design.
