優點：離夜市真的近走路就會到
服務態度好
缺點：房間床太硬
衛生環境沒有到很乾淨
床單黃黃的
淋浴間水量太小
熱水器忽冷忽熱的
隔音不好
典型的大學出租房 空間不怕
停車位另外收費 沒有包含在房價

間屋好細好舊 拖鞋喺循環用嘅拖鞋
冇牙刷牙膏
熱水爐較熱水好難 水壓又細
雪櫃好嘈 成晚瞓覺都嘈到瞓得勁差
又要有門禁 下下找鎖匙出嚟開門
我哋2個人只有一條鎖匙
好多要求 例如唔可以喺房食煙 10-8點唔可以嘈各樣的
到11點要退房就上嚟吹我哋
除咗近夜市外搵唔到有咩理由要住依間旅館
