The reception service is extremely poor. No one answered the reserved phone more than ten times within half an hour. There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. Such a poor apartment will affect Ctrip's reputation!

The front desk and the guards are helpful. The lock is kinda tricky to open. The smart lock wasn’t that smart enough… They don’t clean and change towels or bedsheets everyday or even every other day. The service lady told me they only clean if you book 5 days minimum. That’s why I requested them to give me a broom at least. You have to call them to pick up the rubbish too.. There’s extra charge for a new towel 100 pesos each. Over all location wise is good. Service, there’s no service besides the front desk and the guard to help you with the key. The room is cozy.

It’s good for 1 or 2 nights. Because after you visited Venice there’s nothing to see anymore. The room needs to be updated.
